Wolfe Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. is the largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor in Berks County, Pennsylvania, USA. The Company was founded in 1973 by Daniel G. Wolfe, Carl Luppold, and Gary D. Wolfe. The Company has grown from 5 employees at inception to over 80 employees today. Wolfe Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor that specializes in roofing for warehouses, malls, schools, shopping centers and medical facilities. We have extensive experience in applying roofing, architectural sheet metal, waterproofing and metal decking.

The Master Contractor Program, among the most sought after industry achievements, pays tribute to an elite network of commercial roofing contractors for their commitment to installation excellence.

This year marks the 12th time your company has been named a Firestone Master Contractor. Firestone annually awards Master Contractor status based on Quality Points accumulated for exceptional inspection ratings, and total square footage for Firestone polyiso insulation and all Firestone Red Shield warranted RubberGard, EPDM, UltraPly TPO, UNA-CLAD metal and asphalt roofing system installations completed last year.

Firestone Master Contractors who accrue the highest level of Quality Points also earn membership in the Firestone President’s Club. This is the ninth year your company has achieved this distinction.

Additionally, your company has also been named an Inner Circle of Quality Award winner for the fourth time. The award is presented to Master Contractors who installed a minimum of four warranted Firestone roofs in each of the past five years, maintained at least two million square feet of Firestone roofs under warranty, and achieved an annual Quality Incidence Rating (QIR) of 2.0 or less. Firestone’s QIR measures each contractor’s quality performance based on warranty repair incidences per million square feet under warranty. Wolfe Roofing and Sheet Metal attained a QIR of .05 last year.
