USA. The Company was founded in 1973 by Daniel G. Wolfe,
Carl Luppold,
and Gary D. Wolfe. The Company has grown from 5
employees at inception to over 80 employees today.
Wolfe Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor
that specializes in roofing for warehouses, malls,
schools, shopping centers and medical facilities. We
have extensive experience in applying roofing,
architectural sheet metal, waterproofing and metal
decking.
Wolfe Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. is a Firestone
Master Contractor and is one of only 33 Firestone
President’s Club Award recipients, making the list
for the fifth consecutive year.

Firestone Building Products is pleased to present Wolfe Roofing and Sheet Metal with four of the most prestigious distinctions in the commercial roofing industry – the 2011 Firestone Master Contractor, Inner Circle of Quality, President’s Club and Platinum Council Awards. These awards recognize the industry’s top firms that consistently demonstrate an unwavering commitment to high-quality commercial roofing system installation.
This is the first time Wolfe Roofing and Sheet Metal has earned the
Premiere Platinum Council Award. This progressive award recognizes the best-of-the-best – the top 32 Master Contractors that earned the highest Quality Points during the combined 2009 and 2010 period. Platinum Council contractors are skilled in providing the highest levels of installation excellence.
This year, Wolfe Roofing and Sheet Metal has also earned the prestigious Firestone President’s Club Award for the 11th time. The top 33 Firestone Master Contractors that accrued the highest level of Quality Points over the past year obtain a spot in the Firestone President’s Club.
Additionally, Wolfe Roofing and Sheet Metal has earned the coveted Firestone Inner Circle of Quality Award this year for the sixth time. The Inner Circle of Quality Award annually honors a distinguished group of Master Contractors that installed a minimum of four warranted Firestone roofs in each of the past five years, maintained at least two million square feet of Firestone roofs under warranty, and achieved an annual Quality Incidence Rating (QIR) of 2.0 or less. Firestone’s QIR measures each contractor’s quality performance based on warranty repair incidences per million square feet under warranty.
Wolfe Roofing and Sheet Metal has also earned Firestone Master Contractor status for the 14th time. The firm received the Master Contractor Award based on total square footage installed and Quality Points accumulated for exceptional inspection ratings on Firestone Red ShieldŽ warranted RubberGard™, EPDM, UltraPly™ TPO, UNA-CLAD™ metal and asphalt roofing system installations completed over the past year.
