His yrs. with Wolfe Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. has given him a wide base of experience handling bids, construction progress, any problems which may arise during construction progress, ordering materials, and handling employees on the job.

He enjoys a very good rapport with construction managers, vendors, architects and employees.

Education: Graduate of Holy Name High School, Reading, PA in 1969. In addition he has received yrs. of on the job training.

Carl Engleman
Safety Coordinator

Carl Engleman joined Wolfe Roofing in 2005. He brought with him a diverse background in Safety, OSHA compliance, and knowledge in the remediation of safety problems.

Mr. Engleman is experienced in creating a team working environment with varied skill levels of employees. He has an extensive background in managerial and supervisory techniques of plant management.

Mr. Engleman has obtained certification from Penn State University in statistical analysis for industrial quality assurance.
